Eötvös Hotel energy modernisation
The development of the building, which has been under-used for many years, located on a stretch of downtown Eötvös Street near Andrássy Road, was launched by Spanish-owned Eurostars, a member of the Hotusa Group, in early 2021. The aim of the project was to create a four-star, 92-room hotel in a prime location in one of Budapest's World Heritage sites.
After lengthy negotiations with Nordés Ancín, the Spanish general contractor for the project, our company was awarded the contract for the building's medium and low voltage power distribution system. During the nearly two-year construction period, our business unit developed a close and efficient professional cooperation with the contractor's local and Spanish colleagues.
